Alex Butera grew so tired of the differences in I.T. service between big and small business, he decided to prove it didn’t have to be that way... and National I.T. Solutions came to be.

Alex Butera is the founder and Director of National IT. Alex is an experienced technical consultant and business analyst, with a strong track record of designing systems that reduce costs and improve efficiency for customers.

Technical Services Manager
Paul Maranzano has worked with National IT since 2010 and is responsible for managing both the Service desk and Projects team while also providing innovative solutions to improve customer experience.

Ricky Effandy has worked with National IT since 2007, and is responsible for providing technical expertise on broad range of ICT technologies both on-premises and in the cloud including Windows/Linux environment, Networking, Storage, Hyper-V/VMWare/Data Centre, Azure/Office365/AWS Cloud solution, Mobility/Exchange/Skype for Business & System Centre Servers+Desktops deployment and management.
